Contact
Use the engineering request form for grade selection, sample planning, coating review, separator projects or custom magnetic assembly questions.
A useful request does not need to be perfect. If your team only has a sketch, a legacy magnet, a force target or a failing assembly, send the available evidence and describe the operating environment. Eclipse Magnetics will help translate that information into the next practical step: a material shortlist, a sample recommendation, a coating discussion or a more detailed design review.
For regulated or safety-sensitive projects, include any documentation expectations early. AS9100-aligned records, Nadcap-related process evidence, coating inspection notes, lot traceability and dimensional reporting can affect supplier selection and lead time. Raising those requirements at the first contact keeps the quotation aligned with the way your quality team will release the part.

Quote Form
Include the magnet family if known, the target pull force, operating temperature, coating exposure, dimensions, annual volume and whether the assembly needs AS9100, Nadcap or ISO-aligned documentation.
When a drawing is not ready, describe the mating material, air gap, available space, mounting method and any cleaning or humidity exposure. These details often decide whether NdFeB, ferrite, SmCo or a housed magnetic assembly is the better starting point.
For replacement work, note the symptoms behind the request: reduced holding force, corrosion, cracking, adhesive failure, inconsistent sensing or poor separation efficiency. That context helps Eclipse Magnetics identify whether the issue is material grade, coating, mechanical protection or the test condition used to approve incoming lots.
