Any quote, sample recommendation or technical note depends on the data supplied by the requester. Material family, coating, magnetization, pull force and tolerance recommendations may change when drawings, application conditions or compliance requirements change.

It should not be treated as final approval for safety-critical, regulated or harsh-environment use unless Eclipse Magnetics and the customer have agreed on the exact specification, inspection method and acceptance criteria in writing.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected magnetic material and assembly design are suitable for the final equipment, installation method and local rules that apply to their project. Eclipse Magnetics may ask for additional data when the available details are not enough to support a reliable recommendation.
Website text, layout, graphics and technical descriptions belong to Eclipse Magnetics or its licensors. Customers keep ownership of their drawings and application data, while granting permission for Eclipse Magnetics to review that information for quotation and support.
Any custom drawings, tooling concepts, fixture notes or test methods supplied by a customer remain confidential business materials when they are marked or reasonably understood as confidential. Eclipse Magnetics uses that material only for review, quotation, manufacturing planning, quality discussion or related support.
The website is maintained for commercial convenience. Eclipse Magnetics aims to keep information accurate, but does not guarantee that every statement covers every operating condition, regional regulation or product revision.
To the extent permitted by law, Eclipse Magnetics is not responsible for indirect losses arising from general website use or from decisions made without a confirmed specification. Final supply obligations are controlled by the accepted quote, purchase order, quality agreement and any written terms that the parties approve for the transaction.
